We respectfully request that you do not call 911 directly.

Going Green!
To help reduce waste and our footprint on the environment, AIHA and our suppliers have partnered on the following initiatives:
• Transitioning the printed Advance Program and Final Program to fully digital, eliminating paper product, fuel, and emissions used to transport programs via mail • Reducing the final program page count by listing session descriptions and exhibitor company descriptions online • Ticketless registration • Digital Pathway Passport game • Digital signage outside meeting rooms • Badges made from recycled materials, which can also be recycled • Signs made of eco-board • Recycle stations for paper, cans and bottles, and other items located throughout the MCC meeting space • MCC is a LEED Gold Certified Facility with initiatives that prioritize energy conservation, water management, waste reduction, and a green roof • Food and beverages at the MCC are made with regionally and locally farmed products through their Pick Tennessee Products partnership
To help us “green” the conference, we encourage you to:
• Go digital (rather than print). Download to your computer any presentations and handouts and take notes digitally • Consider donating to a carbon offset program of your choice (or your company’s) to balance your AIHce carbon footprint • Use public transportation or ride share • Recycle your paper, plastic, and glass in the receptacles provided throughout the convention center • Bring a reusable water bottle to refill at water stations throughout the convention center.
