Education Credits
AIHce EXP 2021 attendees can earn up to 22 contact hours by attending one session virtually in every time block, Monday through Wednesday, including the daily Lunch and Learns. NOTE: While the virtual platform will remain available online through June 4, a maximum of 22 contact hours may be earned. Additional CM contact hours may be earned from mid-July through December 31, 2021 by attending sessions OnDemand.
Evaluations
Virtual AIHce attendees can access education session and PDC evaluations via http://bit.ly/AIHceDailyEval. You will receive a daily reminder at the end of each session day to complete the daily evaluations. Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to improve AIHce.
Expo
When it comes to staying current in the IH/OEHS field, the Virtual AIHce Expo Hall is where you need to be! It’s the best place to discover new, cost-effective solutions to your current challenges, evaluate new technologies, and discuss emerging trends in the OEHS field, all while making valuable connections. Make the most of your time in the Expo: 1) Review the Exhibitor Directory to see who is exhibiting. 2) View your profile in the virtual platform and check out the product or service providers that match your interests. 3) Connect with the exhibitor contacts by booking a meeting, video calling, or direct messaging.
OnDemand
AIHce EXP OnDemand is the package of session recordings included with full conference registrations. PDC Registrations include access to that PDC recording as well. Sessions scheduled to be part of the OnDemand package are noted with this icon in the Final Program but are subject to change. Recordings will be available 6-8 weeks after the conference through December 31, 2021. Credit is available for viewing the recordings. Once available, you will receive an email with access and detailed credit instructions.
Proof of Attendance and PDC Completion
For the main conference, each attendee will receive a transcript update indicating their verified participation for up to 22 contact hours. For each PDC, each attendee will receive a transcript update indicating the total number of contact hours for that specific PDC. AIHce EXP 2021 and PDC transcript updates will be available no later than July 16, 2021.
Going Green!
To help reduce waste and our footprint on the environment, AIHA and our suppliers have partnered on the following initiatives:
• Transitioning the printed Advance Program and Final Program to fully digital, eliminating paper product, fuel, and emissions used to transport programs via mail.
• Reducing the final program page count by listing session descriptions and exhibitor company descriptions online.
To help us “green” the conference, we encourage you to:
• Go digital (rather than print). Download to your computer any presentations and handouts and take notes digitally.
Disclaimer
The viewpoints and opinions expressed in the presentations, sessions, and discussions at AIHce EXP have not necessarily been approved or endorsed by AIHA.
Schedule Changes
The Virtual AIHce EXP 2021 schedule is correct at the time of publication. AIHce reserves the right to change or cancel sessions, presentations, or speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond its control.
