AIHA’s Head Shot Cafe
Need a new professional head shot — or want an updated one for social media? AIHA is proud to present the Head Shot Cafe 2022, complete with makeup artists and a professional photographer. Appointments first-come, first-served, and a minimum tax-deductible donation of $20 minimum to AIHF is required. Monday and Tuesday only from 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Mix, mingle, network, and grab some snacks as you meet exhibitors, visit with colleagues, and learn about new products and services from AIHA. Your conference badge is required to attend these events.
Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. Coffee and Pastries — Start your morning with some coffee and a bagel or pastry. This a great time to chat with exhibitors about products and services that can help improve your workplace. While supplies last.
9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Need an extra little something? Order a smoothie or a latte at the specialty carts.
Monday, 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Expo Hall Networking Reception — This annual networking tradition gets the night started with some tasty nibbles and a free drink (ticket included in badge materials).
Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Specialty Carts — Need a pick-me-up? Purchase a smoothie or latte at one our two specialty carts.
Wednesday, 11:00 a.m.–Noon Snack Break — Fuel your brain for a strong finish to AIHce EXP 2022. While supplies last.
Food Carts — NEW!
At the end of the 500 aisle and 1600 aisle Make the most of your lunch break and purchase a meal at one of three food carts conveniently located in the Expo Hall. Choose from Smokehouse BBQ, Sandwiches, or Nashville Hot (or Not) Chicken.
PPE Fashion Show – NEW!
At the end of the 500 and 600 aisles Tuesday, May 24 | 12:30 p.m.–1:00 p.m. AIHce EXP will host a fashion show highlighting PPEC that is designed for a workforce of widely varying sizes and proportions yet is also appealing to a newer generation of workers who will be more inclined to adopt PPEC thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and fashionable.
Pathway Passport
Open the Pathway Passport game in the mobile app/virtual platform, complete each task, and earn points! Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 leaderboard winners. Winning names will be announced Wednesday afternoon, May 25.
New Exhibitor Pavilion
700, 800, and 900 aisles Visit these first time AIHce EXP exhibitors who have new and exciting products and services to share. The aisles around these booths are carpeted in blue to make them even easier to find.

At the beginning of the 400 aisle Monday, May 23–Tuesday, May 24 Bring new innovations back to your team with these short, impactful 25-minute presentations from our exhibitor partners. You’ll learn about new equipment, instrumentation, technology, services, and more, including the latest and greatest innovations to assist you with solving your workplace problems. Times noted throughout program.
Table Topics
At the end of the 900, 1000, and 1100 aisles Tuesday, May 24 12:30 p.m. –1:30p.m. Join NIOSH staff as they discuss topics of specific interest to OEHS professionals.
Rescue Demonstrations
At the end of the 1400 and 1500 aisles ERS, Inc., a leader in the nation providing industrial safety training will be performing live, 20-minute confined space rescue demonstrations – from a vertical and horizontal perspective – multiple times daily. Scheduled demonstrations listed below but stop by anytime during Expo Hall hours to view what ERS, Inc. has to offer and learn more.

LEGO® Speed Building Challenge
Activity Area at the end of the 1600 aisle Want to own an AIHA logo made from LEGO®? Join the speed building challenge in Aisle 1600 and beat the time to win your own logo kit. A $20 donation to AIHF is requested to participate. Entry does not guarantee a logo kit. Challenge times are first-come, first-served, with a max of 8 people per session.
