A new NIOSH publication presents technical information about respiratory protection from chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear hazards, as well as guidance on selection, use, and maintenance of CBRN respirators and requirements for CBRN respiratory protection programs. The is intended primarily for fire departments, law enforcement, emergency medical services, corrections officers, and other organizations that use CBRN respirators during emergency responses.
